Milena Oliveira previously worked at Pinheiro Neto, a top Brazilian law firm recognized at the Chambers Latin America Awards 2020 as the best law firm in Latin America, where she specialized in Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A and structured finance.
Milena has over 12 years in private equity and venture capital deals, advising local and foreign clients in several industries on transactional and advisory matters.
At Volpe, Milena is responsible for negotiating our transaction documents, an area where we give special focus. She is also part of our Investment Committee where she contributes with her deep knowledge of the Brazilian regulatory framework and corporate finance experience.
Milena has an LLM (Master of Laws) in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law from the University of London – The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
