Milena Oliveira previously worked at Pinheiro Neto, a top Brazilian law firm recognized at the Chambers Latin America Awards as the best law firm in Latin America, where she specialized in Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A and structured finance.
With over 17 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, M&A, and structured financing, Milena graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law from LSE – The London School of Economics and Political Science, in London.
Milena Oliveira is an Endeavor mentor, coordinator of the VC committee at ABVCAP (Brazilian Association for Private Equity & Venture Capital) and was named one of the Top Women Investors in Latin America by LAVCA.
