Henrique Iwamoto started his career at Patria Investimentos, where he had experience with management and investment roles. During his period alongside Value Creation team, he worked as Chief Transformation Officer leading strategic and organic growth agenda at Grupo Desempar and Crop Care Holding – both investments from Agri-input thesis. Previously, he coordinated finance and governance initiatives across portfolio companies. As an investment professional, he focused on development of new investment theses – out of traditional verticals – implementing cyber security approach. Henrique is Board Observer at 1a99 – discount retailer. At Volpe, Henrique works part-time in the development and implementation of our post investment action plan in the portfolio companies.
Henrique holds a BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
